Subject: First Time

I joined Curves last Friday, had my first session on Monday and went for the first time this morning. It felt great to get out and do something. I am only 23 and have a lot of weight to lose but more important is my health. I was exhausted til it was all over but that felt awesome and I know the more I exercise the easier it will be. I have a few questions for some of the ladies who have been at this a while. What is the diet they offer at Curves? No one has mentioned this to me in my initial 2 appointments. I am just trying to eat healthier in general rather than starve myself and drink lots of water. If anyone has any suggestions I am open to them.
