I was taking approximatley 12 medications, including high blood pressure medication. I went to my Doctor and told him I was not going to take all that medication. I felt like I was standing between a thin veil and death. I drove from the Doctor's office to Curve's and joined. A little more than a year later all I was taking was blood pressure medication and an inhaler. My blood pressure had been on the very low side for several months, so the Doctor said let's try it without the medication. I have been on high blood pressure medication for 25 years.

The blood pressure is normal now. The Doctor said I must not ever stop exercising. It is keeping the blood pressure down naturally.

I have not had to go back on any of the deleted medications. I believe those medications were masking not healing my ailments. I am healthier than I can ever remember.

Effie, keep exercising. I am a testament to the benefits of exercise and good health.
