Subject: Starting tomorrow

I've already joined Curves last week, but I we not able to go for my "training" session until tomorrow morning. I have about 25 lbs to lose and I am very excited about starting the exercise program. The problem that I am having is that I know that I also need to diet, but I don't know which one to go with. I've tried the low carbs a few times and all I seemed to do was gain weight. Weight watchers worked well in the past, but it doesn't seem to be doing good for me recently. This past year I've turned 40 and had a partcial hyster, and I can't seem to be able to lose any weight. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks in advance for your help.
