well i am new to the boards. hello!
i have been going to curves for a month yesterday...
my results are only lost a little over a pound...BUT i lost 2% of my body fat! and i lost 8 inches......i am so happy let me tell you.....i have been totally visulizing...
my new body under the fat....and can i see it or what hahhahaha.
