Boy does it ever!!! I'm like you in that I don't have but a few pounds (about 5) to lose, but mainly wanted to firm and tone. I've been a member for about 8 weeks and have already lost 6.5" all over! Mostly in my abdomen, legs, and waist so I'm really pleased with the results! Oh, also, I've lost 2.6% body fat. I think you will really like it! :)
