This is also a message regarding blood pressure. In January when I went to have my one month blood pressure check it was 150/90 (on medication). Yesterday I donated blood and my blood pressure was 130/80 (I cannot remember the last time it was this low). I know this must be because of Curves as my average blood pressure is 150/90!
