hey kris...!!!i jsut wanted to send you a note to say i have been going for a month and i love it and YES IT WORKS!!! IT REALLY DOES!!! i have lost 8 inches and my freinds have a greeat results also....i notice my legs are looking better and my butt is definatly no so big!
and my arm are shaping up to! and i have only went 18 times or so.....so give it try you just might love it!!!
