Thanks Coli for that info. My trainer unfortunatly is not very helpful. Shes the one that told me in the first place to stay around 80-85%, then I read thats not good. I lost 5 3/4" my first month which is not bad, but I wonder if I would have done better in a lower range. Only thing is, when I stay around 60-70%, I dont feel like Im working very hard and its actually hard to stay that low. My heart rate should stay around 18-23 t its always like 24-26. Any hints about what I am doing wrong???? I only have about 15 pounds to lose and I am really more interested in the toning. Any help would be great.
