Tell your friend that there is no reason to be embarrassed to go to Curves. I've only been going for a week now, but I've found that there are people of all shapes and sizes and all ages that go to Curves. Also, since it's all women--there's no pressure! I'm certainly no model--I have about 70 lbs. to drop! Tell her to go for it, and good luck to you both!
