Hi Shanna! Welcome aboard! Let me tell ya, I've been at Curves for two weeks now and I SO look forward to going 3 times a week! YOU WILL HAVE SO MUCH FUN! And, the women (at least at my Curves) are so encouraging and nice! You won't have to worry about "model" types there! You'll immediately feel right at home and the wonderful part about the whole thing is that it's NOT tedious at all! Before you know it, your 30 minutes are up and you'll wonder where the time went! I wish you all the best and keep us posted, okay?
