Good point! Working out always raises my spirit and gets me in a good mood. Sometimes it's hard to see at the time when you're trying to get yourself to get dressed and go, but if you try to not let yourself think about it too deeply, and just get yourself there, you'll be done before you know it and you'll feel better for having gotten out and done something proactive.
