I don't know how to describe the machine because it's kinda weird, but when you sit down, there are two short bars that stick up from a long arm that comes from the left. You put your hands on the two bars and while keeping your face positioned between the two bars, push from side to side so that you're twisting your upper body from side to side. You really have to use your stomach muscles for that. I know that's a wacky description, but it's the best I can come up with.
