Subject: Starting 6-week challenge class tomorrow.....

Well, I'm starting the 6-week challenge class tomorrow at my Curves and I'm really excited. I got the workbook today to review and do the tests or whatever (haven't gotten that far). Since the beginning of the month, I've been doing lower carb (limiting to less than 150g a day) and I've lost 6.5 pounds so far (in just over three weeks) so I'm really looking forward to the even bigger loss for a few weeks at least, altho 2 pounds a week sounds good to me! My boyfriend is doing it with me and he's not all that excited but I've already told him that if he just cuts back, he should do really well, he doesn't have to be as strict as me.

Does anyone have any tips on the Curves diet? what's best to keep you full and what are the best carbs to eat when you do eat them???

I'm planning on tracking my food intake at fitday.com as I've done for the past week.
