It's a new book that has the same cover as the newer version (not the one that comes out next month) of the small diet book but it's bigger. It has workbook pages for a food journal, goal pages, recipes.....I'm glad I'm doing the class and I sure hope other clubs are offering the book to those not in the class because basically it's the 6-week challenge in a book so you don't necessarily have to be in the class, but you still have guidelines.

Ask about it at your cuves as I haven't seen them online anywhere, but I haven't looked very hard either. for me it came with the "class kit" so I don't know how much it would cost alone.
