The personal trainer you spoke with is right.

The managers at Curves should have given you this same information. They learned it at Curves camp when they purchased the franchise but obviously, they have chosen not to follow Curves recommendations.

I am sorry you did not have the results you wanted. Start going only 3 times a week and work out as hard as you can for those three times. See if that makes a difference for next month's measurements. Good luck!
