Subject: THUMPing Sounds

dear curves, i posted a message yesterday but didn't see it listed today. am i the one you black balled?
you should know that in addition to running an optical business in a strip mall, i also teach aerobics part time. i am familiar with getting people motivated to exercise with music. i think the curves concept is a great way to attract people who are turned off by the local health clubs (for whatever reason).
but the thumping? why? if your business is based on "the music", shouldn't you also be experts at setting up businesses that are "neighbor friendly"?
it's not hard to find business owners who are unhappy with the thumping noises coming from standard construction walls.
i would love to have a curves next to my store if only i didn't have to listen to that all day thumping. i think when the sound barrier is finally built, i can enjoy the increased traffic the curves brings to the shopping center.
i shouldn't have to take medication to "cope" with the thumping sounds.
if i've been blackballed for my honest observations, then shame on the board administrators. honest debate never hurts.
