what happened to quiet enjoyment of your work space? i have over $200,000.00 invested in my optical business and a $20,000.00 curves franchise can force me to move (for sanity purposes!) i have trouble concentrating with the thump thump noises coming from next door at curves.
there is technology available to make the workplace quiet. i tried to discuss this with the curves corporate head quarters, but they never answered any of my requests for help.

the curves owners opened on a shoe string, so they won't spend the money on sound deadening. the landlord is not excited about spending money to sound insulate. that leaves me to foot the bill. i think a 60 by 10 foot wall will set me back about 7 to 8 thousand dollars.

we need mike wallace from 60 minutes to look into the plight of curves neighbors!

we should form a group to get us out of this mess.
