Subject: Ottawa Curvey Ladies

Could I please get some feedback from the Curves Ladies in the Ottawa Canada area. I am an owner and I am always looking for new ideas and input both from my members and others. I know that hours are a big thing but it is true that we will never be open long enough hours to suit everyone. The owners must determine the need in their particular area before they adjust their clubs hours.
Is everyone enjoying their workouts? Are you greeted as you enter the club? Are your questions answered and are your concerns addressed.
From and owners point of view, I enjoy working with the members and look forward to meeting more members and sharing in their successess.
