Maggie,

Results will come give it time. Here are some things to consider:

Try working out 3 times per week taking a day off between. Concentrate on working the machines as hard as possible. You should be tired at the end of your 3rd circuit.

Read the Curves weight loss book, Permanent Results without permanet dieting. There are some possibilities:
You might need to cut your carb intake. You might need to cut your calorie intake. Or, you might have to eat more to increase your metabolism.

Weight gain is a process that happens over an extended period of time. Likewise, weight loss does take time too. Some people see quicker results than others.

You will see change if you stick with this program and work it as designed. Talk to the staff and see if they can assist you.
