Im sure you didn't gain the weight in a month so i wouldn't expect you to lose it in a month either. I want to congradulate you on the 1 3/4 inches that you lost. I would be thrilled if those are my results at my first weigh-in. Don't get discouraged. Be positive and im sure you will see the results you want in no time at all.
