Thanks for your message. I am sure a lot of us can relate to your story.

I grew up with the concept of having to finish everything on my plate. "It would be a sin to waste food. Think of all the starving children in other countries."

I had to break through that lifelong barrier. It was not easy. I still find myself mindlessly eating until everything is gone and I have licked the platter clean.

You are in the right place trying to reach a better level of health. Life is a journey we have not finished yet. If you have any success pat yourself on the back. If you make a mistake once or six dozen times, just begin again tomorrow.

Reach outside yourself for something amazing and I wish you well.
