Hi, I'm new and don't even have a curves membership.. none around here. I would like some info on how to lose weight permanently though. I really hate dieting, and love food. The problem with that of course is that I now need to lose about 70 pounds! you can e-mail me if you like at kmj126@tds.net also if you would like info on making your home safer and less toxic I can also show you how!
