I own 2 Curves and we have seen every variation. The women who are losing the most work out 4-5 days a week, and also do some vigorous aerobic activity on the days that they don't go to Curves. Also, following the low carbohydrate diet plan laid out by Gary Heavin in the new workbook and "The Permanent Results" books is also very important for women who are serious about losing weight and inches.
