Hi there,
Is it possible that it could be your spirit guide and not a ghost that is touching you? Until recently I was terrified of putting my son to bed as I could feel a presence in there and unlike everyone else who said his room made them feel comfortable I disliked it immensely. I have since taken up meditation and have made contact with my Spirit Guides and found out that one of those is the spirit in my sons room. He is there as there is lots of energy in that room due to the close bond of my son & I. Whenever he is close to me I experience a hot, burning sensation down one side of my face and have often felt like the top of my head is being tickled. However, there is also someone that moves about on the landing upstairs and has spoken to me and my husband a few times now which I dont think is him. This man has said 'bless you Wendy' when I sneezed and he has prodded my husband in the back in the kitchen. Often when I am in the bathroom I can hear two men chatting but its always just out of range.
Just thought maybe that another option to explore with the Guides theory.
