Subject: a ghost sighting in halton village

Today i was in halton village coming back from Halton Castle with my dog when i saw this man who looked like an edwardian farmer. He startredto shout what sounded like "Cow up, Cow up" at me. He crossed the roat by halton trinity opporsite the british leagion and he dissapeared in the middle of the road.
