Subject: Ghostly Voice Captured On Tape.

My mother in law went to a fortune teller and took a dict a phone with her. When she played it the next day you can hear a voice saying 'No Dont' and 'You Dont Believe' in a whisper voice on a couple of occasions. Is there any way I can get this enhanced?
