Subject: HAS ANYONE HAD A GHOST TOUCH THEM?

I hope someone can help me with this. On occasion, at 4 am at all times, I get someone touching me and hear garbled words next to my ear that I cannot understand. This absolutely petrifies me and I start a prayer like a mantra, over and over again so that it goes away. Please believe me when I say that I am awake, wide awake and notice that no one is actually there. The only time this has not occured to me was when I was living with my boyfriend so its been about 5 years since last this happened. Can anyone shed light on this phenomenon? I know I should try to speak to it, but I get so petrified and frightened I just curl up in a foetal position till it goes away.
