i have had an experience similar to yours but without the words/murmering. when i experienced it i was still a child and i am a teenager now so it wasnt too long ago. but it petrified me and i was about 7-10 and i didnt sleep well for a long while since but i have never experienced it after. also there is no past to where i live and it doesnt have a history so i am still wondering why.
i hope to hear a response from you and i will now be lookng for reasons why.
