It takes a long time to fire an employee, thanks to the union. I'm not judging the union to be right or wrong on this, that's just how it is. If all the bases aren't covered, all the i's dotted, t's crossed, the person will get their job back and we will be stuck with her. Those with any time in can remember specfic cases that I won't go into. Let it run it's course and stay safe.
