He is such a pathetic loser and I hope that L Santos can finally see why NO one in the department likes that kid..Everyone needs to just stay away for him, he is out to jam up as many fellow officers as he can...Beware of THE ARMOR S Hetherson, he is nothing but TROUBLE!!!!!!
