what is shamefull is that frontline staff are not being supported by the administration.
these poor inmates now have to be screened before putting their asses in seg.
inmates being let off a/a status after 1 day
d-reports being tossed because these poor inmates are ill and don't understand what they are doing? come on give me a friggin break they know exactly what they are doing they know well enough to plan group demonstrations to cause disruption don't they?
2 major group demonstrations in less than a week the second being worse where the poor souls caused distruction during the 3-11 and NOT...I REPEAT NOT 1 administrator showed up to take charge or lend support to staff.
this is without a doubt the worse act negligence i have ever experienced in my career.
what will it take for the powers that be to take a firm stance? oh i know before an officer or officers are seriously injured or i dear say something worse.
i think our e-board have to shout out and take a stand on these matters before something tragic happens to a staff member or members.
it is quite obvious these group demonstrations are growing increasingly aggressive and these inmates just want to see how far they can go before the doc takes a firm grasp on the situation.
e-board stand up speak up now!!
administrators heed the warning signs that these poor souls are putting out it has been quite obvious and growing.
