Hi There, I tackled this job before the start of the season and am delighted with the outcome.I replaced an old wooden framed hatch on my t28 with a new 500ml Houdini. After care removing the old hatch I marked out the internal hole needing cut.Did this with a jigsaw from inside and out.I then filled the gap between inner skin and coach roof with shaped wooden fillets galssed in.To get around the curvature on the coachroof I built up succesive narrowing layers of Marine ply to give me a rough shape.Next everthing was glassed in and then the fun began with the fillers both inside and out.
When completed it looked as if it grew there but it did take a hell of a lot of time and sanding.

good luck!!!
