In fact Star Trapper relaunched last Thursday with brand new 1 GM 10 fitted. I agree with everything you say about engine bearers. In fact Marine Power - who did their usual excellent job - used some form of nylon/plastic to raise the engine mounts. With the old engine removed I was able to recover all the nuts & bolts I had dropped over the years. New engine fired immediately & runs like a dream. Kettle no longer rattles on the cooker!
