Subject: Bolting Saloon windows on T500

Am considering bolting my windows to the deck so I can ensure a good seal. Anybody done this? Used "Interscrews"?

Mastic has failed (again) and the self tapping screws have become so loose in places I'm not sure a larger screw would be able to gain purchase.

Current plan is to buy some 5mm neoprene sheeting (made specially for the job) to act as a gasket and seal the window in situ.

Wondered if the inner-mouling might cause problems with bolting thru...

Will cost about £80 for both sides, but if it keeps the rain (and sea) out I'll be a very happy man...
