I've also got some cracking on the coach roof of my T500 (1977). Several fine cracks running generally across the roof. I've always thought it was only in the gel coat like star-crazing & admit, have done very little about it. If the cracks were deep I would be more concerned & it would be essential to fill them to prevent water ingress. I doubt whether it is caused by shroud tension.

I've tried grinding out cracks on the deck where there are stress points individually & then refilling with gel coat, but the result is not pretty, & needs to be covered with more gel coat or non slip deck paint.
