Ian, when I first bought my 300,the cushions in the forward berth where always getting wet,both from rain and when the bows punched through waves.I found water dribling down the side trim panels just aft of the anchor locker. this I eventualy found was seeping back from the narrow ledge,about 4"below aft edge of anchor locker hatch. I glassed round all joints, filled any voids with expanding foam; problem stopped. Good Luck ! John.
