Loved the Warrior, super boat, nice long keel with a cut away forefoot, loads of space down below (living and storage), aft cabin, 6'+ headroom, loads of berths, full cooker, heating, deep bilges, 30hp diesel to really push you through those foul tides, and to cap it all, she sailed like a dream as well!

So, why did I sell the Warrior and get the Trapper 28, for the simple reason that the Warrior was a real handful when single handed in confined spaces due to the excessive windage on the topsides and too expensive to run. I kept the Warrior for about 5 years and went everywhere in her, but she was too expensive and too much hard work !

Mind you, when I'm sitting stationary (or worse still going backwards) in a tide rip, I find myself yearning for that 30hp diesel and three bladed prop ......
