Thanks for all the advice. I'll have to dry her out at the weekend to get the shaft taper before I can order a new prop.

Still undecided on 2 or 3 blades. I like the low drag of the 2 blades especially as it would still give me an improvement under motor.
On the other hand I tend to sail into the winter and the extra confidence of motoring into big head sea is appealing.

I'll give Cellar Marine a call and see what they think.
