referring to my failing memory: I think that our canuck cousins have or had access to a proprietory forehatch made specifically for the C&C 27. dont know who by or at what it cost though.

its funny though , I didnt like the cockpit drains when I got Sula ... should I put 2 X 3inch pipes through the transom? didnt do anything though.... as it turns out, all the drains do is let the rain and an occasional bit of spray out .... you would get more water coming UP the outlets than you ever get coming in over the back ... even running with just the main up, at night (dont tell me, I KNOW) in a force 7 & with 10/ 12 ft waves, broaching all over the place, its a loooooooooong story !
