Tarantine is now out of the water (and she looks good for it too!) and I am in the process of replacing all the upholstery with somethng more stylish. I am also having loads of work done to her in the fibre glass department and am considering fitting lazy jacks and many other mods.

One question I have is regarding the anchor guide thingy at the pointy end, it appears that it is totally enclosed and the nuts or whatever that secure the screws for it are not exactly what you'd call captive (i.e the screws just spin rather than undoing).

How can I replace this item (or remove it for repair)?

The only thing I can think of is to cut a hole in the panel in the anchor well and then patch it up afterwards, has anyone got a simpler solution?

Chris
