KC Marine - now defunct, worked on both our boats over the years so maybe the same anchor locker mod? Before this water found its way into the forepeak without difficulty. My chain locker now gives unrestricted access to right under the forward pulpit mounting. Come & have a look if you like.

Star Trapper had a folding prop. when I bought her - back in 1985. Best thing I did was fitting a fixed prop. Virtually no difference to sailing performance that I could detect - but then I am not a racing type!

I am no expert of lazy jacks - friends report they create as many problems as they solve - like needing to be exactly head to wind etc - but don't they require sail slides in any case? Maybe others can advise on this point. I have a friend with a Hunter 23 - similar length boom, and he got shot of the lazy jacks.
