 Nick, You have every right to feel aggrieved, there is no excuse for copying (pirating) any graphics to use for a commercial purpose. Especially when it would be so easy to request permission. And with a fair certainty to have it granted. Perhaps you did not include a copyright statement on that photograph page - however, that is no excuse, copyright exists by default. The minimum is to acknowledge the source by attribution, after permission is granted, of course.

This behaviour shows the ethical bankrupcy of this broker – if it was done in ignorance then he is unprofessional, if knowingly, then criminal.
