I don't know if you can get the specific bits that were used originally but obtaining hydraulic parts certainly isn't a problem.

I'd have thought the biggest problem would be marinising some of the bits.

You can obtain hand pumps for tipping gears so the pump/tank arrangement isn't a problem. The rams/hoses/valves etc certainly aren't either.
