Hi Brian,

Unfortunately (or fortunately !), by the time I got to Blazer (she was on a Gosport Boat Yard swinging mooring), the yard had already pumped her out. However, after she'd been ashore a couple of weeks, I finally got round to ripping out the original gas cooker. Under the cooker was a "hidden" locker that I didn't know was there and, surprise surprise, it was still full of water (about 5 or 10 gallons !). I did a taste test on it and it was certainly largely (if not completely) salt water so I'm guessing that the majority of the water got in from below rather than above ......

Anyway, she's up for her insurance survey before relaunch, so I'll have "official" verification of her seaworthy status (or at the very least, a list of what still needs to be done !).

Best Regards, Brian
