My son (who graduated in '04 Magna Cum Laude) will complete his graduate studies (Clinical Psychology) in May '06. He plans to begin his doctoral work (also Clinical Psychology) as soon as feasible thereafter.
He is currently interning at a mental health center where patients are sadly not only suffering mental disorders, by physical illness as well.
A widow, I have helped him as best I could with tuition, but he has already accrued some sizable loan debt, and will acquire more. What loan forgiveness programs are available to him?
