I can't answer you properly, but here in the UK most people tend to replace old windows and frames with bolted on oversized perspex windows. The result is stronger than replacing rubber frames and can give the boat an updated look. I was meaning to do this to my old Pirate (the little sister of your boat) but bought my Pandora instead.
