Hi Brian, It's good to hear from an owner of a Broads based Pandora as many of them were built there so i guess you could say she's in home waters (oulton broad). I'm a regular visitor to the broads but on the hire crusers rather than yachts as the broads always looks a difficult place to sail becous of the narrowness of the rivers and the stupidity of some of the cruiser skippers, but it is an excellent place to base a boat as you have the option of going coastal on good days, or stay on the rivers if the weather is none too kind. Do you intend keeping her on the broads or will you move her to waters new?. As for the out board shaft length, i believe most standard shafts are about 15" and most long shafts are about 20" in length, but a quick call to your local Yamaha dealer will enable him to tell you the correct sizes and to the correct points as to measure it from. Best wishes, Neil.
