Hi i recently changed to a bigger outboard unfortunatly had to have a seperet fuel tank so i cut a hole in the upstand of the cockpit seat and made a locker out of grp so the tank slides nicely away the new locker is screwed into position with rubber seals(making it removable for those loose fittings) so no water can get into the bilges and if i ever have a fuel leek it can only go into the cockpit.one word of warning is to remember what ever strength you take out by cutting the hole put twice as much back.
