I suspect the pain in your crotch was from your stitches in the cervical area. I've always said, in patience possess ye a good healing, and the best medicine is a tincture of time! Your insides have to rearrange themselves, including your bladder. Maybe you are feeling spasms in it. Pain can be a good thing warning you to slow down. The pain pills can mask that.
