I think your right about doing too much. I slowed down at work and decided it wasn't worth pushing myself too hard. I found my "happy" place of what I can and can't do and it seems to help out alot. I haven't had any pain since. I'm just a little hard headed and like to pull my own weight because I didn't want to be considered a hinder on others at work, but have since realized that my health in the long run is worth more then peoples thoughts. Thanks for the replies! :)
